What's in a name?

Notary origin can be traced back to ancient Egypt. This is the earliest historians can trace records of official transactions. Notaries or scribes played a significant role in the development of governments, commerce and organized society. That is why this LLC has a name associated with writing and record keeping of the past. Modern tools expedite business and personal affairs, but it took time make digital tools available. The reason why it took time is that digital means needed to be investigated, proven legally sound, and tamper proof. The rich history of this profession has paved roads to a more secure future.
Base price list
Base prices are set by the State of Ohio. Travel, convenience, after hours, and technology fees apply.
Mobile notary
$5 per Notarial Act. The travel fee will be agreed upon in advance by both parties. This will vary based on time of day and travel distance. There will be a fee for tardiness and for no show.
Remote Online Notarization
$40 per notarization.
After hours, holiday, institution/health care facility/jail.
We do not refuse assignments based on difficulty or setting. We will quote a reasonable price based on time spent at the facility, and the time which our response is required. Contact us!
